The space is free until you achieve $10K in MRR or close a seed round.

Mentoring Services
Serving the Greater Charlotte, NC region, New Ventures is a services-based accelerator and incubation program. We offer early stage founders up to $50,000 in free software development, legal, marketing, business development and accounting services.
In addition, companies accepted into the program get free workspace at the Cabarrus Center until they achieve investable market traction and are assigned a Venture Mentor Services team of 3-5 mentors.
Induro.io has based their development team at the Cabarrus Center to support the program, and additional service providers include:
New Ventures is a membership based investment organization of local entrepreneurs. All members are active investors who select the companies to enter the program and make subsequent investments. The funds raised by this organization are for the purpose of funding the Accelerator, and for investing in selected startups. All investment decisions are made by majority vote and rely heavily on milestone achievement by the selected teams during and after the accelerator program.
Flywheel designs and operates coworking innovation centers in collaboration with local institutions, including the Cabarrus Center. Flywheel is expanding to additional locations in North and South Carolina. Flywheel provides infrastructure for entrepreneurs, delivering affordable workspace for startups, consultants and freelancers.
