Meet the Speakers:
RJ Romano is a Managing Director at BDO and is the National Leader for the Supply Chain Advisory Practice. As a Lean Six-Sigma and CSCP certified professional with a bachelors in Supply Chain Management, RJ has nearly 20 years of experience in supply chain primarily working in industry with manufacturers, distributors, and third-party logistics companies. In 2017, RJ transitioned to consulting and has assisted clients in almost all industries with end-to-end supply chain solutions from strategy to systems to process improvement.
Julie Dargani is EVP, Head of Mid Atlantic Corporate Banking and directs Woodforest’s efforts to grow our Direct Lending, Sponsor Finance, and Syndications practice by serving Middle Market and Corporate Banking companies across the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Prior to becoming the CEO of Hydromer Inc. which is a specialty polymer and medical coatings provider, Peter von Dyck was proud to have founded, funded and led as CEO two high tech start-ups. Peter is a serial technology CEO with deep experience in Innovation and in the development and global commercialization of complex life science and digital technologies. He has had the honor to lead the development and marketing of several new technologies in areas ranging from enterprise innovation & knowledge software management systems (SaaS) and indwelling medical and surgical devices. Some of his best experiences has been in building cross-functional teams around the design, development, manufacturing and global commercialization of over a dozen breakthrough technologies while also securing millions of dollars of strategic and venture capital (VC) funding. Peter actively serves on the Cabarrus Center’s Entrepreneurship Council.
