The Cabarrus Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a state-of-the-art facility that is home to a host of business services and amenities to support entrepreneurs at every stage of their business.

Located in the heart of downtown Concord, the Cabarrus Center offers flexible and affordable workspace and meeting rooms (managed by Flywheel Coworking), business support services, educational programming, networking and collaboration opportunities, startup grants, mentoring services, and a wealth of resources to support entrepreneurs and small businesses.

When is the Cabarrus Center open?

The Cabarrus Center is open for walk-ins Monday – Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm. However, Flywheel members or those booking event or meeting spaces can access the space outside of normal business hours.

What is Flywheel’s role at the Cabarrus Center?

What does it mean to be a Flywheel Member at the Cabarrus Center?

Flywheel memberships are a great option for entrepreneurs, remote workers, small teams, and independent professionals. Absolutely! You do not need to be a Flywheel Member to attend an event or book meeting space at the Cabarrus Center.

How can people who operate their businesses from home take advantage of the Cabarrus Center?

The Cabarrus Center has a wide variety of professional collaborative workspace that is conducive for personal productivity, business meetings, and networking.

What if I need to take a private phone or zoom call while I’m using the coworking space?

You can use one of the five private phone booths that all members have access to. Three have desks and two are without desks.
