Great Wolf Lodge (GWL) falls under Great Wolf Resorts which operates North America’s largest family of indoor water park resorts. GWL provides an easy and unforgettable escape for families. Angie started with Great Wolf Resorts as the Director of Guest Services at the Crowne Plaza in Elgin, IL in 2000 where she managed a very tight budget in that department to ensure the overall success of the company without sacrificing guest service.

Angie was then promoted to Director of Guest Services at GWL in Traverse City, MI in 2003 where she hired and trained the opening team. She has always been a leader with innovative ways to increase guest service.

In 2007, Angie transferred to GWL in Grapevine, TX to facilitate the opening of the new 600 suite full service family destination resort as Assistant General Manager. Angie was instrumental through the opening by always accepting the most effective role with a positive and motivating attitude.

Angie is a team player who is dedicated to the success of the organization as well as the satisfaction of the employees and was further promoted to General Manager. She transferred to GWL Williamsburg, VA in 2012 before bringing her experience and knowledge to run the GWL Concord/Charlotte location in 2013.
