In this session of Jumpstart, join us for a conversation with Flywheel member Brian Francis on Developing the 5-Year Plan. While moving into March, now is still a great time to tackle the new year with new goals for your business. We’ll cover how to set a vision for what your business will be in 2027 and how to create a plan to get there.
With his own successful entrepreneurial journey (Francis Consulting Services), Brian has learned plenty along the way about turning ideas into reality, the practical challenges and risks every entrepreneur must face, and how to navigate these to keep your business on track toward achieving your goals. It took Brian Francis six years to put together his company’s first five year plan. In this session, he will talk about why he decided he needed one, what he included in the plan and how he is being deliberate to use it as an ongoing guide and not a one time exercise.
