Partner Spotlight: EO Accelerator (EOA)

Our primary focus at the Cabarrus Center is to support the creation of new businesses and the growth of existing small businesses through free or low-cost educational and networking programs, mentor networks, capital access, and events. We will be doing this in collaboration with a dynamic group of partners and we are very excited to introduce you to all of them!

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on our partners at the EO Accelerator Charlotte!

EO Accelerator (EOA) is an entrepreneurial learning program focused on accelerating business growth through coaching, accountability, and experience sharing. At Accelerator, their mission is to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, accountability, and community to aggressively grow and master their business. Through structured curriculum (quarterly learning days) and monthly accountability group meetings, the EOA curriculum is designed to set entrepreneurs up for measurable success at an “accelerated” rate. EOA supports the effort of early-stage entrepreneurs who are driven to seek out the expertise necessary to achieve the $1 million revenue mark.

Benefits of participating in EOA include:

• Content: Accelerator participants attend quarterly learning days that are set up as a classroom-style environment of a six-hour day with a focus on one of four topics (Finance/Strategy/Execution/Culture) applicable to all businesses.
• Support: Monthly Accountability Groups lead by qualified coaches who have scaled their own businesses past the $1m revenue mark.
• Community: Mentorship & Social Events

EOA pride themselves on teaching entrepreneurs how to move from working IN their business to working ON their business. Participants are 4X likely to hit $1M in revenue versus entrepreneurs who do not participate in a program like EOA.
